This deeply restorative Inner Child Healing Retreat is a sacred invitation to reconnect with the younger parts of yourself that still live within your emotional and energetic body. Set in the tranquil surrounds of Riverdell Spiritual Centre, this one-day experience offers a gentle yet powerful journey of remembrance, healing, and integration.
You will be guided by Jess X Goh of Life in Confidence, through a trauma-informed and heart-led process designed to meet your inner children with compassion, presence, and safety. Jess brings her extensive experience in inner child and trauma healing work through her international practice, creating spaces where emotional release and deep transformation can unfold naturally.
Together we will explore:
Energetic inner child healing, supporting different past versions of self to be seen, felt, and lovingly witnessed
Ho’oponopono prayer, as a simple yet profound practice of forgiveness, reconciliation, and inner peace
