TERMS & CONDITIONS

By booking and attending our retreats, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

  • Tickets are limited and non-transferable without prior written approval from Soulhearth Retreats.
     

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • 80% Refund: If you cancel more than 4 weeks before the event, you will receive an 80% refund of your total booking fee.

  • Credit with Medical Certificate: If you cancel within 4 weeks of the event and provide a valid medical certificate, you will be offered a credit to use for a future Soulhearth Retreat.

  • Non-Refundable: Cancellations within 4 weeks without a medical certificate are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for non-attendance.
     

3. Respectful Participation

  • We are committed to creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive space for all participants.

  • Attendees must be respectful and considerate of others at all times.

  • Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the retreat without refund.
     

4. Communication & Marketing Consent

  • By registering, you consent to receiving event-related updates, as well as promotional content about future events, offers, and services from Soulhearth Retreats and trusted partners.

  • You can opt out of promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in all
    communications.
     

5. Privacy Policy

  • Soulhearth Retreats respects and protects your privacy.

  • Any personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for:

    • Managing your event participation

    • Communicating important retreat information

    • Sharing relevant offers and services, if you opt in

  • We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except when required by law or for essential service delivery.

  • Your data is securely stored and only accessible to authorised personnel.
     

6. Photography & Video

By attending a Soulhearth Retreat, you acknowledge and agree that photography and videography may be captured throughout the duration of the retreat. These may be used by Soulhearth Retreats for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, brochures, and future event materials.

We deeply value your privacy and your comfort is our priority. We are mindful and sensitive in our selection of images and will always aim to portray guests with respect and integrity.

If you have any concerns about being photographed or filmed, please inform the retreat host at the beginning of the retreat. Upon request, we will do our best to ensure you are either not included in photos and videos or that your face is blurred or excluded from any published materials.

By accepting these terms and conditions, you consent to the use of images and video footage captured during the retreat, unless otherwise arranged.
